PROPOSED CURRICULUMS

“The more our people know about our business, the better our practice will perform,” once said a medical oncologist we work with.

This curriculum is specifically designed to enhance the understanding of critical success factors necessary for the efficient operation of an oncology practice. By utilizing this curriculum, oncology practices can empower their staff with comprehensive knowledge of the field, ultimately leading to improved performance.

The curriculum begins with Oncology 101, which serves as a foundation for all employees, including both clinical and non-clinical staff. It covers essential concepts of cancer care and terminology. This knowledge ensures that everyone in the practice has a baseline level of understanding and can effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues and patients.

After completion of the Oncology 101 curriculum, learners should progress to Oncology 201, a more advanced educational curriculum. This curriculum delves deeper into specific topics such as treatment modalities, clinical trials, emerging technologies, and the latest advancements in oncology diagnostics. By expanding their knowledge through Oncology 201, staff members can stay updated with the latest developments and provide the highest quality care and support to patients.

Overall, this curriculum serves to promote continuous learning and improvement within oncology practices, enabling staff to be well-informed, competent, and adaptable in the evolving field of oncology.
